Associate Personal Injury Attorney

Pay:Base plus % of fees collected quarterly

Base Salary: + % of Atty Fees Collected per Quarter

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Personal Injury Law and a passion for advocating on behalf of others. Additionally, a successful candidate will exhibit excellent verbal and written communication, legal research abilities, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in legal drafting. This position offers the opportunity to manage cases from sign-up through settlement or litigation, with the support of a wonderful and collaborative team.

• Manage all aspects of personal injury cases, including client intake, case development, negotiation, and litigation as needed.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong, evidence-based cases.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, demands, pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and clients.
• Provide exceptional client service, maintaining consistent communication and ensuring clients are informed throughout the process.
• Collaborate closely with support staff and fellow attorneys to achieve successful outcomes.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Demonstrated experience in Personal Injury Law (at least 3–5 years preferred); litigation background
• Fluency in Spanish is advantageous.
