Job Title: Pre-Litigation Attorney

Location: San Antonio

Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday)

Compensation: Competitive Salary + Bonus Structure (Commensurate with Experience)

We are seeking a skilled Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team and manage pre-litigation personal injury cases.

• Handle all phases of pre-litigation case development through resolution or transition to litigation.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
• Develop case strategies, review medical records, and ensure thorough documentation.
• Negotiate settlements and support clients with compassionate and clear guidance.

• 3+ years of legal experience with at least 2 years in personal injury (plaintiff).
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable interacting with clients, insurance representatives, and colleagues.
• Easygoing, team-oriented personality with a genuine passion for helping people.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Direct experience in personal injury case pre-litigation and/or litigation.
