Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney, located in San Antonio, TX. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling legal cases, providing legal advice to clients, conducting legal research, and managing case negotiations. Day-to-day tasks will involve preparing legal documents, analyzing case law, collaborating with senior attorneys, and representing clients in labor and employment law matters. Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to client service and have excellent organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle complex legal cases
• Strong Legal Advice and Negotiation skills
• Expertise in conducting detailed Research on legal precedents and statutes
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and colleagues
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the State Bar of Texas and good standing
• Strong ethical judgment and adherence to legal professional standards
• Previous experience in labor and employment law is highly advantageous
