San Antonio, TX | Hybrid Schedule | $100,000–$125,000 + Bonus

A well-established and growing San Antonio law firm with a strong reputation in insurance defense litigation is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience. The successful candidate will handle a variety of insurance defense matters, working closely with experienced partners and receiving mentorship and support for career development. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking to build a long-term career with a respected local firm.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100,000–$125,000 (depending on experience).
- Bonus: 30% of additional revenue generated above target.
- Billable
Hours:
1,920 annually. - Hybrid
Schedule:
Year 1 – in-office 5 days per week for onboarding and mentorship. After Year 1 – hybrid flexibility (1–3 remote days per week). - Amenities:

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence.
- Conduct depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
- Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel.
- Meet annual billable hour goals while maintaining high-quality work.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Texas Bar membership in good standing.
- 3–5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
