Are you a Commercial Litigation Attorney in San Antonio? Our client is a well‑established and respected law firm located in San Antonio and their practice areas include commercial litigation, bankruptcy, corporate, construction, education, employment, healthcare, insurance, probate, real estate, securities, regulatory, antitrust and trade law. This exceptional team has been in business for over 20 years, and they bring to the table 150+ years of combined experience.
Currently, they are looking to add another Attorney to the team with commercial litigation, federal court and bankruptcy experience.
- Practice in commercial litigation, bankruptcy and federal court
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and argue dispositive motions
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
- Perform legal research and provide analysis of case law
- Prepare pleadings and correspondence
- Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
- Provide exemplary legal counsel to clients
- Must be a licensed member of the Texas Bar
- Must have 2+ years of commercial litigation experience
- Must possess strong analytical and writing skills
