Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year

We’re seeking a driven Associate Attorney with 3 to 8 years of hands‑on litigation experience to support a high‑impact civil trial practice. This role offers rich exposure to personal injury, wrongful death, and catastrophic‑case litigation, with ample room for trial involvement, mentorship, and professional growth.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the State Bar of Texas.
• 3–8 years of litigation experience—preferably in personal injury, wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, or similar civil trial matters.
• Proven record of conducting effective depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.
• Well‑developed legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple case files efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal and team‑oriented mindset.
• Bonus: board certification in Personal Injury Trial Law or Civil Trial Law, or working toward certification.
