Position Overview:

The Logistics Coordinator will be an integral part of our Bridge team. To be successful in this position, the individual will be reliable, have good judgement and strong technical decision‑making skills to investigate and solve problems that support our customers and the company. As a Logistics Coordinator, the individual will primarily serve as a logistics, routing, and planning resource for our field personnel.

This position also provides great customer service skills to handle customer requests, complaints, and issues. This role’s primary focus will be to provide both internal and external support by being a flag bearer for Water Fleet’s core values.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize control software such as SCADA to ensure the mobile water and wastewater systems remain functional while in operation.
  • Use CRMs such as Service Max to assign work orders and log detailed data about support services.
  • Perform the required service assignments in the budgeted time and report reason for any discrepancies.
  • Adhere to the procedures for monitoring, reporting, troubleshooting, and development of work orders.
  • Respond to incoming service requests and deploy available company resources for maintenance for the company's mobile water systems.
  • Monitor all field service personnel's locations, work status, and schedules to ensure all service requests are handled in a timely manner.
  • Monitor all field personnel's hours of operation, service, and availability, to support proper adherence to the company's fatigue management protocols.
  • Ensure that all field service personnel are adhering to approved standard operating procedures related to the various activities they are dispatched to handle.
  • Ensure that the customers’ expectations are met for all equipment performance and maintain goodwill for future business.
  • Create daily schedules / work orders for remote and on‑site systems maintenance and repairs.
  • Hold team (A or

    B) members accountable.
Requirements:
  • High School Graduate or GED (College Degree preferred).
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record (no more than 2 in 3 years).
  • Acceptable background check and clear of DWI convictions on record for the last 5 years.
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with control and CRM software/applications such as Service Max, SCADA, MS Excel, etc.
  • Passion for being an integral part of a growing company and providing constructive feedback to improve processes.
  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills to interact extensively with customers and staff.
  • High level of dispatching skills in a heavy equipment, rental, dealership, and or other industrial type setting.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Adaptability skills to work in a fast‑paced/ changing work environment.
  • Strong emotional intelligence skills to handle difficult situations with tact and maintain composure in adverse situations.
  • Prioritization skills to meet all deadlines associated with time‑sensitive work.
  • Basic computer skills to type and provide data analysis / reports using Excel and other software systems.
  • Exposure / certification training in safe operations in oil field or other industrial operations.
