Customer Supply Chain Lead

This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence by driving service performance, maintaining strong product availability, and supporting effective inventory and replenishment strategies.

This individual will serve as a key point of contact for customer supply chain operations, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate execution, continuous improvement, and high service levels.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, replenishment, or customer operations
• Experience supporting retail customers or high-volume distribution environments strongly preferred
• Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience working in consumer goods, food & beverage, manufacturing, or retail environments
• Spanish proficiency is a plus

• Own and monitor key service metrics such as order fill rate, on-time delivery, in-stock performance, and forecast accuracy
• Analyze service performance trends and partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve operational outcomes
• Lead regular replenishment and alignment discussions with internal teams and customer stakeholders
• Support demand planning activities by developing and adjusting short-term forecasts
• Ensure accuracy of order details including quantities, delivery timing, and customer requirements
• Proactively address operational challenges including inventory constraints, supply disruptions, or forecast variances
• Support product transitions including new item launches and discontinuations
• Build strong working relationships with customer supply chain partners to ensure alignment and execution
