- Compensation based on experience but up to 1.5% of department gross plus bonuses.

- Assist technicians in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Fill orders from stock and notify the manager about out‑of‑stock parts that need immediate attention.
- Notify the Service Advisors when special‑order parts are received.
- Pull orders for delivery to technicians and follow up on back‑ordered parts.
- Work with outside companies to sell parts wholesale to outside shops and businesses.
- Assist wholesale account customers in selecting required parts or accessories in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Locate or order parts as needed.
- Prepare invoices for parts to be delivered to wholesale customers.
- Maintain and solicit wholesale accounts in person and by telephone.
- Keep parts manager informed on the status of accounts.
- Make outbound calls and update CRM daily.
- At least 2 years of dealership parts counter experience required.
- CDK experience, OPS, CCC and OEC knowledge a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office experience a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities at once.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- All applicants must have a valid Texas Driver’s License with a clear MVR and submit to pre‑employment screening including criminal background check and drug screening.
