Job Opportunity at Bouygues Bâtiment Industrie

Chez Bouygues Bâtiment Industrie, we accompany industrial players on projects where building serves the process, performance, and continuity of operations.

In a context of reindustrialization, site transformation, and increased demands in terms of deadlines, coordination, and reliability, we intervene on complex, technical, and high-stakes operations.

Joining our teams means participating in concrete, useful, and ambitious projects within an organization where expertise, impact, and team spirit advance together.

Context and Environment of the Position

You join Bouygues Bâtiment Industrie on an IDF Industrial perimeter.

You work directly with the project teams, procurement teams, management, suppliers, and operational partners to ensure the availability of the necessary products and services for the smooth running of operations.

The position is set in a dynamic environment serving industrial sites with high stakes in cost, quality, and deadlines. You play a key role in the fluidity of supplies and in the application of the procurement policy in your area.

Your Role

You handle the procurement needs for products and services in your area and contribute, according to the concerned families, to the procurement in order to optimize costs, service quality, and respect deadlines.

At the interface between operational staff, suppliers, and procurement teams, you secure orders, support tool users, and participate in the continuous improvement of procurement practices.

Your Main Missions
  • Anticipate and optimize procurement needs with production teams, particularly by promoting the grouping of orders and the rationalization of flows;
  • Relay the procurement policy in your area by applying framework agreements, defined orientations, and the use of referenced catalogs and suppliers;
  • Place orders in compliance with internal processes and the conditions negotiated in advance by the buyers;
  • Handle purchase requests from operational teams and manage directly the recurrent or low-amount purchases according to the defined framework;
  • Monitor orders, acknowledgments of receipt, delivery deadlines, and the correct execution of services;
  • Report useful information on consumed products, supplier practices, and observed discrepancies to feed optimization and renegotiation efforts;
  • Manage any disputes in coordination with buyers, suppliers, and the accounting department;
  • Support teams in the daily use of the procurement tool and contribute to the fluidity of the expense commitment process;
  • Participate in the evaluation of suppliers, the improvement of catalogs, and the capitalization of experience feedback;
  • Feed the procurement network with good practices, points of vigilance, and identified needs on the ground.
The Strengths of the Position
  • A central role in the operational performance of projects;
  • Strong proximity with site teams and the real needs of operations;
  • A cross-functional position at the intersection of procurement, supplies, and the field;
  • Concrete contribution to cost optimization, service quality, and deadline adherence;
  • An environment conducive to continuous improvement, capitalization, and skill enhancement.
Are You the Right Fit?

You have experience in procurement, operational procurement, logistics, or supply chain, ideally in a BTP, industrial, or technical environment.

You are comfortable with handling multiple requests, coordinating various stakeholders, and using management and procurement tools.

You are recognized for your: rigor; sense of organization; responsiveness; capacity for anticipation; relational skills; service sense; and ability to work transversally with operational and functional stakeholders.

A good understanding of site constraints, supply flows, and procurement issues will be particularly appreciated.
