PositionWe are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and self‑independent Supply Chain Specialist (Level 1/2) with expertise in Supply Chain, Gov’t Property, and GOLDesp. The role supports kit deliveries for Retrofit Kitting and inventory cycle counting for 3PL annual inventories in San Antonio, TX.
Position Responsibilities- Support inventory cycle counts and the annual 3PL inventory process to maintain inventory accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and analyze GOLDesp inventory data to identify lost items; perform root‑cause analysis and submit lost‑item reports to Government Property as required.
- Manage multiple priorities independently and drive first‑time quality execution.
- Coordinate SCOR principles and metrics to ensure kitting operations are lean and meet the statement of work.
- Lead analysis activities for kitting services and collaborate with BDS/BGS Retrofit kitting to confirm BOM accuracy and item deliveries meet kitting schedules.
- Coordinate kit deliveries to support Retrofit Kitting and ensure on‑time, accurate fulfillment.
- Perform supplier/customer presentations and reviews that display kitting operational goals and performance.
- 1+ year of experience in internal or external supply chain.
- 1+ year of experience with GOLDesp.
- 1+ year of experience working independently and in team environments.
- 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Experience supporting U.S. and foreign government contracts.

Summary Pay RangeLevel 1: $61,200 – $82,800 per year
Level 2: $73,950 – $100,050 per year
