Procurement Specialist - Network Infrastructure

Job Description

Turner & Townsend are looking for a Procurement Consultant to support a large-scale Data Center construction project. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Coordinating requests for quotes with manufacturers
• Executing quotes in conjunction with stakeholders
• OSP Shortage Mitigation:
  Managing risks and constraints in the OSP supply chain
• Logistics Oversight:
  Resolving critical, real‑time onsite delivery queries
• Financial Controls:
  Conducting regular cost variance and budget checks
• Issue Resolution:
  Tracking kick‑off bugs and driving PCG/TEC resolutions
• EMEA/APAC Deployment:
  Overseeing the ongoing regional OFCI implementation
• Vendor Alignment:
  Leading strategic syncs with key manufacturers
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of applicable experience
• Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Programming experience such as SQL, VBA, or Python is required
• Prior people management experience
• Proficiency in data engineering, including an ability to work closely with subject matter experts
• Detail oriented with the ability to work with speed and accuracy
• Passion for creating innovative approaches to solve abstract business problems
• Ability to infer realistic business and supply chain implications from data and model results
• Advanced skills with spreadsheets, charts, and presentations
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in Data Center construction preferred

The salary range for this full‑time role is $145K-$165K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note that Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate's experience and qualifications.
