Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for Associate Production Inventory Control Coordinators to join our Executive Fleet Operations team in San Antonio, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

* Conduct inventory of stored materials and reports deterioration/ damage
* Remove and issue material from storage and prepare for shipment
* Perform assigned duties while wearing required safety equipment
* Perform assigned duties on all shifts without encumbrance due to weather or physical location and conditions.
* Order parts, tools, materials, and equipment as required to perform assigned duties
* Housekeeping, inventory control and other pertinent coverage.
* Review and analyze production scheduling requirements to determine products, materials, and actions necessary to ensure the availability of sufficient materials and hardware to meet schedules
* Identify, investigate, analyze and determine best solutions and coordinates the resolution of problems to ensure
adherence to quality standards, schedules and budgets for material cost
* Occasionally perform in-depth analysis of complex problems related to material requirement, inventories, schedules and configuration control Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
* 1+ years of experience with warehouse inventory including parts accuracy and accountability
* 1+ years of experience working in a computer-based inventory management system or warehouse management system
* 1+ years of experience using a computer to complete work-related activities

* Ability to obtain and/or already possess a forklift operator certification

* Ability to work variable shifts (i.e. scheduled and unscheduled overtime; weekends and holidays) to support mission requirements and workload

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
* Able to use warehouse equipment
* Able to use a 2-person lift for weights greater than 50lbs Conflict of Interest:
