Director, Site Supply Chain

We're partnering with a global advanced manufacturing organization to identify a Director, Site Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a large, complex manufacturing site. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, procurement strategy, supplier performance, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Lead site-wide supply chain strategy across procurement, sourcing, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and supplier performance.
• Develop and execute cost reduction, supplier management, and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, and executive leadership to ensure supply continuity and operational performance.
• Lead negotiations for strategic supplier agreements and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain organization.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while establishing KPIs and best practices.

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Sourcing within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing

• Proven success leading end-to-end supply chain operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing leaders and building high-performing teams.
• Strong background in procurement, materials planning, inventory management, supplier relationship management, and logistics.
