Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our Material Maintenance Operations team to support our Executive Fleet program in San Antonio, TX
.

• Collaborate with production planning and operations teams to ensure material supply aligns with production schedules and delivery targets.
• Identify supply chain risks, including supplier capacity issues and material shortages; develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
• Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency projects through supplier negotiations, process optimization, and lean principles.
• Manage supply chain processes using ERP and MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle); support system enhancements and data accuracy initiatives.
• Partner with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations and resolve issues proactively.
  
  Analyze complex material requirements and verify/incorporate bills of material into production plans.
• Ensure on-time delivery.
• Apply change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions.
• Apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chain.
• Coordinate with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers.
• Incorporate Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into a production plan.
• Coordinate part number attributes.
• Verify the released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system.
• Release and maintain orders.
• Document and resolve order delinquencies.
• Report schedule adherence issues.
• Apply developed solutions to inventory plans.
• Analyze and disposition excess and obsolete inventories.
• Create schedules for products and services.
• Coordinate and support process improvements.

• 1+ years of experience working in an environment with competing and changing priorities.
• 1+ years executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Materials Management.
• 1+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management.
• Ability to work variable shifts (i.e., scheduled and unscheduled overtime; weekends and holidays) to support mission requirements and workload.

• 3+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry.
• 3+ years with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP.
• 3+ years of experience with REDARS.
