ABC Supply is seeking a Routing Sales Coordinator to support our Pest Control operations within the Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement team. In this role, you'll optimize daily service and delivery routes, manage order entry, and coordinate schedules to ensure on-time, accurate pest control service for our customers. You'll work closely with sales, branches, and drivers, using routing and CRM/ERP tools to balance efficiency and customer-first service.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily routing of pest control service and delivery vehicles to maximize efficiency and on-time performance
- Support sales team with order entry, pricing, availability checks, and scheduling of services
- Monitor inventory levels of pest control products and materials; coordinate replenishments with procurement
- Communicate with branches, technicians, and drivers to resolve routing conflicts and service issues in real time
- Track KPIs such as on-time performance, route efficiency, and order accuracy; report trends to management
- Maintain accurate data in CRM/ERP systems, including customer details, service schedules, and order status
- Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and procurement teams to align routing with inventory and purchasing plans
- Provide customer-first service through prompt responses, proactive updates, and problem resolution
- Follow all safety, compliance, and quality procedures related to transportation and product handling
- Contribute to a collaborative, relationship-driven culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement
