About GH LogisticsGH Logistics is a national asset-based transportation and supply chain company managing a large trailer fleet and serving customers across the United States. We specialize in high-volume, time-sensitive freight operations where strong execution, trailer utilization, carrier performance, and customer relationships are critical.

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to take ownership of major dedicated freight accounts and preload operations from end to end.

What You'll DoManage multiple enterprise transportation accounts from daily execution through long-term account performance.

Own freight coverage, on-time delivery, service metrics, carrier compliance, and recovery.

Monitor and improve carrier performance, including tracking compliance and proof-of-delivery requirements.

Manage trailer pool health, including serviceable equipment, out-of-service limits, dwell time, and drop-yard discipline.

Oversee detention submissions, performance issues, and carrier accountability.

Build strong relationships with customer transportation contacts and facility leadership.

Serve as the primary point of contact when customers or facilities have operational concerns.

Identify service issues before they impact account performance.

Support new freight opportunities, account expansion, and additional dedicated lanes.

Work cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Maintenance, and leadership to improve account performance.

What We're Looking For

Required:

Experience managing dedicated freight, high-volume transportation accounts, preload operations, or drop-and-hook supply chains.

Strong carrier sales and freight coverage knowledge.

Experience owning enterprise or institutional transportation accounts end to end.

Understanding of trailer pool operations, dock assignments, dwell management, drop yards, and equipment availability.

Strong customer relationship and account-management skills.

Ability to identify performance trends and resolve operational problems proactively.

Availability to work Monday through Saturday.

Preferred:

Experience managing trailer pools or drop-and-hook operations at customer facilities.

Experience with real-time freight tracking and TMS platforms.

Experience managing complex, time-sensitive transportation accounts.

Schedule & Travel This is an in-office position and operates on a six-day schedule, Monday through Saturday. Occasional travel may be required to other GH Logistics locations or customer facilities based on operational needs. Company-required travel expenses are fully covered.

Compensation Base Salary: $80,000 per year

This position also includes a performance component tied to execution, customer relationships, operational discipline, and new freight development.
