Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and sanitary environment for H-E-B facilities. Performs routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, restocking supplies, and trash removal.
- Perform routine cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming) for assigned office locations
- Perform general exterior cleaning of all facilities. Cleans windows and exterior areas.
- Remove all recycling items, trash.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Re-stock soap, paper towels, and toilet paper dispensers and general supplies.

Qualifications& Key Requirements
Entry support individual contributor position performing administrative or specialized tasks in support of daily business activities.
Works under direct supervision on routine tasks and follows standard procedures with very little independent judgment.
High school, vocational, or associate's degree. 0+ years of experience generally expected.
- Experience in custodial work
- Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures and proper cleaning chemical application
- Operate basic cleaning equipment
- Ability to work at a steady, diligent pace to complete assigned duties within allotted timeframe and quality standards
- Ability to follow instructions and work under little supervision
- Attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Travel by car or plane with overnight stays
- Regularly lift 20 lbs. or more
- Work extended hours and/or rotating schedules
- Work in disagreeable conditions, such as extreme temperatures, dust, noise, and dirt. Stand / walk for extended periods. Stoop; climb a ladder
