Pioneer Texas, LLC is seeking a dedicated Floor Tech to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks. We are open to candidates in San Antonio and surrounding areas such as Austin, Victoria, etc. The primary goal is to maintain our buildings in a clean and orderly condition.

** Position:
Full-time Floor Tech**

Standard Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain floors in a clean and presentable condition.

Knowledge of floor stripping and waxing techniques.

Perform preventative maintenance on various floor types (VCT, wood, marble, carpet, etc.).

Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpets.

Perform spot removal tasks.

Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 15 to 30 pounds.

Regularly bend, lift, stretch, and reach both below the waist and above the head.

Maintain all floor care equipment.

Collaborate with operations management, the executive team, and ownership to ensure high-quality service for clients.

Follow all safety and security protocols.

Use chemicals and cleaning supplies properly and safely.

Perform additional job-related duties as assigned by Property Management or PTX Operations team.

Please note that this list of duties may change based on the building contract.
