We have a Porter/Groundskeeper position at Management Support with 370 apartment units.

Hourly pay rate: $15 - $17 per hour. Full‑time schedule: 40 hours per week.
Qualifications- Lift and carry up to 30 lb up stairs
- Perform grounds care and trash pickup duties
- Work under direction of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager
- Bilingual (any language) is a plus
- Understand and follow company policies
Payroll: bi‑weekly with direct deposit (no charge to employee).
