We have a Porter / Groundskeeper position at our Management Support property with 427 apartment units located at Villas at the Rim, 16333 Vance Jackson Rd, San Antonio, TX 78257.

Hourly pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour. Full‑time schedule: 40 hours per week. Payroll is bi‑weekly with direct deposit. Employee benefits include Medical PPO Health Plan (85% employer paid, 68% spouse, 82% children), Dental Plan, 401(k) Plan, Life insurance. • Lift and carry 30 lbs upstairs.
• Maintain grounds and pick‑up trash.
• Work under direction of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager.
• Bilingual (any language) is a plus.
• Understand company policies.
