What You'll Do:

• Troubleshooting and resolving equipment and mechanical/electrical issues.
• Performing preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
• Supporting building upkeep such as plumbing, painting, drywall repairs, and general cleaning.
• Collaborating with the maintenance team to diagnose recurring equipment problems.
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and Tosca safety protocols.
• Demonstrating strong knowledge of and adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

What We Are Looking For :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical).
• Proficiency with basic computer tools, including Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety requirements and LOTO.
• Electrical experience including schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic.
• Mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and related systems.
• Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is beneficial.
• Flexibility to work overtime and support operational needs.

Work Schedule

We hire Maintenance Technicians across all San Antonio shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
