We have a Porter/Groundskeeper position at our Management Support property with 427 apartment units.

Hourly pay rate is $15.00 – $17.00 per hour. The full-time work schedule is 40 hours per week. Please review our corporate website:

• Grounds care and general maintenance tasks as directed
• Lift and carry up to 30 lb up stairs
• Work under the direction of the Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager

• Grounds care; trash pick-up
• Bilingual (any language) a plus
• Understand and follow company policies

Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee).
