Key responsibilities for this role include:
* Responsible for coordinating, scheduling and administration of maintenance work orders.
* Assist PM SME with short- and long-term planning, and coordinate scheduling and administration of a general maintenance program.
* Provide day-to-day guidance for CMMS to Engineering and Maintenance employees.
* system standards and procedures for maintaining the integrity of the CMMS system.  Inspect completed work for conformance to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
* Within area of responsibility, understand and comply with all company policies and safety regulations. Perform annual internal departmental audits of systems related to CMMS.
* Support production, Research and Development (R&D), and laboratories with CMMS system maintenance and problem solving.
* Establish and/or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
* Responsible for the routine back log on work orders. Including running department meetings with various owners and bringing resolution to the back log.
* Train staff on operation of the CMMS and related systems.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:
* High School diploma or GED is required.
* Minimum 3-5 years of related experience is required.
