• Complete award‑winning training to acquire essential customer service skills.
• Prioritize safety in all duties.
• Follow route and daily operation schedules, ensuring timely, safe arrival at each customer location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain its cleanliness.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Act as a problem‑solver: listen to customers, understand their needs, and recommend efficient solutions.
• Meet customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of properties.
• Document all service activities accurately using the provided handheld device.

• No prior experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain the required pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Capacity to work independently and manage route assignments while interacting with customers.

• Use ladders within manufacturer weight limits.
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roofs, and similar areas.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including OSHA‑compliant respirators when required.
• Work in various weather conditions.
