Laurel Ridge Treatment Center | San Antonio TX Behavioral Health The Director of Engineering / Plant Operations is a key member of the Laurel Ridge Treatment Center Leadership Team who ensures the maintenance of a safe, clean, healing environment for patients and staff including regulatory compliance and Life Safety. Strong project management skills, leadership skills, communication skills, and working knowledge of behavioral health care safety regulatory standards and construction protocol.

The Director of Engineering / Plant Operations serves as the facility Subject Matter Expert on environment of care, building and engineering codes, maintenancce and opereations of HVAC equipment plumbing, eletrical, carpentry, and grounds maintenance.

Job Duties and

Responsibilities include:
