House Cleaner

Lupe's Home & Office Cleaning is a locally, family-owned cleaning company. You'll work as part of a three-person team, not a solo cleaner.

• Dust and clean ceiling vents, surfaces, and counters
• Sweep, scrub, and mop hardwood, laminate, and tile floors
• Vacuum and treat carpets, including shampoo or stain removal as needed
• Empty trash bins and containers
• Polish furniture and room accessories as needed
• Scrub sinks, basins, and toilets
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Maintain cleaning equipment and store products safely and sanitarily
• Report needed repairs or replacements

• Reliable and punctual, with real professionalism toward the work
• Urgency and pace: you work efficiently, help keep your team moving, and adjust when the day is running behind
• Quality and attention to detail: you check your own work, go back and fix anything missed, and hold the standard without burning extra time
• Organized; follows a schedule and adapts well to changes; good time management
• Works well both on a team and independently
• Follows written and verbal instructions
• English and Spanish a plus, not required

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass a background check (our teams enter clients' homes)
• Physically able to reach, stretch, kneel, squat, bend, and walk throughout the day; stand for extended periods; operate a vacuum; climb stairs and ladders; and lift up to 35 pounds
• General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques
• Available some weekends and occasional holidays

Pay is a percentage of every job your crew completes, so taking on more responsibility means a bigger cut.

• Helper. Your starting role on the crew: the core cleaning work.
• Facilitator. The crew's point of contact on the job. Adds communicating with clients by phone and in person, coordinating with teammates, and using the field-service app to check schedules, read and add notes, review service descriptions, and collect payment. Earns a higher percentage than helper.
• Driver. Drives the company vehicle to and from job sites. Adds basic vehicle inspection, recording mileage, reporting any vehicle issues, and using navigation apps. Requires a valid Texas driver license, personal auto insurance, no accidents in the last five years, and no traffic tickets in the last two years, so you're insurable on our vehicles. Earns the highest percentage of the three.
