Objective:
As a Regional Distribution Center Manager, you will oversee the operations and performance of the Regional Distribution Centers, including Profit & Loss control and projections, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics operations to ensure efficient and effective distribution.

• RDC P&L Control: closely monitor financial reports to identify improvements and maximize revenue while maintaining costs and expenses.
• RDC Inbound Receiving: document and record all incoming shipments into the DC, ensuring the right products are available at the right time to support the supply chain.
• RDC Shipping Procedures: ensure shipments are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with established regulations and requirements.
• RDC Reworks: identify defects, document reworks, communicate to impacted areas, and ensure timely implementation to support OTIF.
• RDC Inventory & Operational Management: oversee inventory control processes to maintain accurate levels and collaborate with purchasing and demand planning to meet customer demands; responsible for invoice reconciliation/approval and efficient claims management.

• Education:
  Bachelor’s Degree
• Degree:

  Supply Chain;
  Logistics or related field
• Experience: 3-5 years in third-party logistics, supply chain management, or a distribution center; produce experience is a plus
