OverviewLead and manage the irrigation division for a commercial landscape company with 25+ years of experience. The role oversees crews, clients, budgets, and daily operations to ensure quality work, safety, and profitability.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day irrigation branch operations
- Lead, train, and support irrigation crews
- Oversee project scheduling, quality, and profitability
- Serve as the main point of contact for irrigation clients
- Monitor budgets, billing, and job costs
- Ensure safety compliance and proper equipment use
- 5+ years of commercial irrigation/landscape experience
- 3+ years in a leadership or management role
- Licensed or Certified Irrigator (preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Strong organizational and people‑management skills
