This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced Plumbing Service Manager who understands that great service and strong sales go hand in hand. What You'll Do
* Drive sales results, ticket averages, conversion rates, and revenue growth
* Coach technicians on service system sales, pricing presentation, and customer communication
* Monitor KPIs, margins, and operational efficiency

What You Bring
* Proven experience as a Plumbing Service Manager or Service Supervisor
* Strong background in plumbing service sales (not just operations)

* Ability to pass a background and drug screen upon offer
* Clean motor vehicle record with an active driver's license
