We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects throughout the San Antonio market
. The Project Manager will be responsible for overall project execution including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts
  • Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and buyout processes
  • Coordinate closely with field leadership to ensure project milestones and production targets are achieved
  • Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants
  • Identify and proactively manage project risks, change orders, and cost impacts
  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Lead project meetings, reporting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to company safety, quality, and operational standards
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Experience managing ground‑up and/or major renovation projects across sectors such as office, retail, industrial, healthcare, education, hospitality, or mixed‑use
  • Strong understanding of project financial management, scheduling, and contract administration
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
