Job DescriptionUnder direct supervision, manages the overall delivery of a project from initiation through completion.
This position is remote with in person meetings when needed.
Responsibilities- Leads the implementation of projects; coordinates the activities of a project team, identifies appropriate resources, and develops schedules to ensure timely completion of the project.
- Partners with project sponsors, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to determine project goals and priorities.
- Manages project expectations with stakeholders, sponsors and others as appropriate; advises on project progress, potential issues, obstacles, risk, conflicts or challenges.
- Provides project status updates to Senior Project Manager and/or
Functional Area
Manager as required. - Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or project resource additions to ensure quality standards met for all project deliverables.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Experience and knowledge of standardized project management tools and methodologies.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant project management software and all Microsoft Office business supporting applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively on projects or in work group and improve workflows.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
EXPERIENCE:
- Five(5) years of related experience is required.
