** on-site construction and project teams** . The ideal candidate will have

** Pay Range:**  $52.78 - $58.09 per hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production and operations workers on-site.

+ Implement methods to improve efficiency, product quality, equipment performance, and worker motivation.

+ Review operations, identify issues, and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production challenges.

+ Oversee hiring, training, and evaluation of staff while maintaining accurate records and reports.

+ Develop and monitor production tracking and quality systems to ensure compliance with project and safety standards.

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or GED required;
Associate's degree in Business or a related field preferred.

+ 2-4 years of experience in production supervision or construction management roles.

+ Strong understanding of telecommunication, data center integration, and project management.

+ Knowledge of production processes, raw materials, and quality control systems within a construction environment.

+ Proficiency in Bluebeam and solid understanding of technical drawings, tools, and safety protocols.
