Target - Up to $36.55/hour - - Responsibilities:
Plan and execute daily/weekly workload to deliver department and store sales goals and guest engagement;
Lead a team of hourly team members including interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating and retaining talent;
Maintain a fresh, full and food safe area during all operating hours leveraging strong inventory management and Food Safety policies and procedures;
Deliver the Food & Beverage Standards and ensure price accuracy, signage, and promotions;
Support your leader in the hiring and onboarding process of new team members
