Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you will join our Realty Execution team and take ownership in delivering store remodels, ensuring they are done on time, within budget, and meet our top‑notch quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to keep everything on track. You will also embrace the travel that comes with this role.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in those areas.
  • Experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Business or related field.
  • 1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams.
  • Project Management - Management Professional Certification.
Shift and Travel

Primarily working overnights; night shifts average from 10 to 12 hours.

  • Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home is required. Expect to be away from home 80 % of the time, or for 17‑21 days at a time.
  • Travel areas are based on project workload and may change as the business needs. The associate will be based out of a home store but may travel to surrounding states or farther to support projects. Mileage will be reimbursed, and overnight stays will be paid for Realty Project Coach roles; time traveling is not paid.
Salary

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 – $110,000. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock awards.
