Community Managers enjoy a competitive salary plus 20% performance‑based bonus paid out quarterly, and renewal bonuses.

Our Community Managers assume day‑to‑day leadership of and accountability for property operations with a specific focus on ensuring all potential and existing residents receive exemplary customer service. They recruit, hire, coach, motivate, evaluate, and retain "A" player teams while creating a positive work environment.
