Door to Door Marketing Manager

Overview

Re-bath of San Antonio is one of the nation's largest and most trusted bathroom remodeling companies, with a strong local presence in San Antonio. We operate a structured, performance-driven lead generation program that fuels our growth and connects homeowners with high-quality remodeling solutions. This role is central to that mission.

This role is NOT a sales-closing role. Your success is measured by team performance, lead quality, and field leadership, not individual sales. You will be in the field daily, guiding your team, improving conversations, optimizing territories, and ensuring strong, consistent lead production.

• Recruit, onboard, and train canvassers
• Lead daily field huddles, route planning, and territory execution
• Coach canvassers in real time to improve conversations and lead quality
• Monitor team KPIs: leads generated, appointments set, territory coverage
• Ensure accurate tracking using mobile field apps
• Maintain professionalism and brand standards in the field
• Motivate, manage, and retain high-performing team members
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align on lead expectations

• Prior canvassing or field lead generation experience (required)
• Leadership or team-lead experience (strongly preferred)
• Strong coaching, accountability, and communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and leading from the front
• Data-driven mindset; comfortable managing KPIs
• Organized, disciplined, reliable
• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable using smartphone apps for tracking and routing
• Availability approximately 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, including at least one weekend day

• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Base pay: $20/hour, plus performance-based bonuses tied to team results
• Estimated annual earnings up to $98,000, depending on performance
