We're a commercial landscape maintenance company in Central Texas primarily servicing the most beautiful master planned communities. Our Production Managers are given autonomy and responsibility to get the job done and keep our properties beautiful.

• Labor Efficiency:
  Directly responsible for keeping crews within budgeted hours while maintaining quality.
• Safety:
  Own enforcement of safety standards, training, and discipline for crew members.
• Crew Leadership (LMA):
  Hire, train, manage, evaluate, and retain crew members.
• Dispatch:
  Lead daily morning dispatch and communicate property instructions received from AMs.
• Crew Training:
  Own general crew training and onboarding (equipment use, landscaping standards, safety practices).
• Quality Control:
  Inspect properties before and after service to ensure standards are met.
• Aspire Timekeeping:
  Ensure crews’ time entries in Aspire are accurate each day.
• Equipment & Vehicles:
  Ensure branch trucks and equipment are clean, maintained, inventoried, evaluated, and updated in Aspire monthly.

• Lead morning dispatch and daily adjustments to Aspire schedule (weather, absences, last-minute changes).
• Walk properties regularly for quality control; coach crews on issues.
• Train and onboard new hires; reinforce safety standards daily.
• Maintain accurate time and materials in Aspire.
• Order/replenish equipment and small tools.
• Report and document employee incidents as the direct manager of crews.
• Periodically attend property walk with AM’s.
