• Lead and manage the planning, implementation, and delivery of revenue cycle projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Apply Soarian Financial expertise to streamline revenue cycle processes, improve efficiency, and increase profitability.
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders, and liaise with them throughout the project lifecycle to ensure project goals are met.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths, and implement contingency plans when necessary.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA will be considered an asset.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the Tech Services industry.
• Proven experience with Soarian Financial or equivalent software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management and financial processes.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• PMP or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
