My client is a rapidly growing organization in the construction and infrastructure services industry, seeking a skilled Billing & AR Manager to lead a high‑volume, multi‑model billing function. This role oversees 2 Senior Billing Leads and a total team of 8, supporting both managerial oversight and hands‑on operational excellence.

• Manage multiple construction projects from setup through closeout.
• Work directly with key stakeholders to track project milestones and ensure on‑time billing.
• Maintain project management standards, procedures, and documentation accuracy.
• Partner with Project Managers and Administrative staff to gather essential project data.
• Update and maintain advanced billing terms and project details as changes arise.
• Run reports to pull critical project and billing information.
• Resolve project setup issues in collaboration with Admin teams.
• Activate or deactivate projects per corporate procedures.
• Proactively validate and query data to ensure billing accuracy.
• Process split proposals, revised ASRs, and updated proposals.
• Apply strong critical thinking to identify issues and drive solutions.

• 4+ years of relevant experience, including AIA Billing, POC, Project Accounting/WIP.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong understanding of construction projects, workflows, and financial structure.
• Deep knowledge of contracts, billing rates, terms, and billing models.
• Ability to manage high volume workloads with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Deltek experience strongly preferred.
