• Provide strategic and technical leadership, oversight and management for boiler and heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) technologies.
• Assist executive leaders, plant teams and central support teams in overseeing and ensuring the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of boiler and HRSG systems.
• Work closely with other boiler and HRSG experts in industry to bring best practices into operations and maintenance strategies.
• Provide day-to-day strategic & technical oversight of boiler & HRSG technologies.
• Lead and support cause analyses to identify and correct/mitigate repetitive failures. Indirectly supervise operations & maintenance team that oversees projects & manages performance activities.
• Develop training related to boilers & HRSG’s that is used to develop operations & maintenance teams.
• Oversee tests that analyze design, feasibility, operation, equipment condition & performance of the facility.
• Confer with Engineers, Plant Personnel and Management to develop mitigation plans, design modifications, operational changes and changes in maintenance practices and/or new system implementation to prevent repetitive failures and/or improve boiler & HRSG performance.
• Provide leadership and support for Power Generation improvement programs and initiatives.

• Experience in construction and projects including equipment maintenance.
• Field experience in Boiler and HRGs.
• Project management experience: managing budgets, facilitating project activities, driving projects to completion.
• Technical oversight over boiler equipment.

Pay Range: $125,000 - $165,000 per year. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
