Coordinate and conduct the hiring process for store-level positions as part of the Centralized Hiring Program;
Prescreen applicants, assist with online onboarding, check references and background screenings, schedule interviews, and assist in final hiring decisions;
Attend job fairs and build relationships with local employment agencies to support hiring needs;
Train store employees and Managers in Training, monitor training progress, and collaborate with Training Team to update OLTP training classes;
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements and communicate updates to management
