As an Agency Manager, you will build, develop, and lead your own Farmers insurance agency from the ground up.

• Growing new business through sales, community involvement, and networking
• Managing day-to-day agency operations
• Recruiting, training, and developing your team
• Helping clients make smart decisions on auto, home, life, and business insurance
• Building and executing marketing and lead-generation strategies

We're looking for people with strong business instincts, real leadership experience, and a hunger to build. Ideal backgrounds include:

• Sales, retail management, or business development
• Entrepreneurship or small business ownership
• Operations, project management, or team leadership
• Military leadership experience

• Competitive, confident, and driven by results
• A natural relationship builder who enjoys helping people
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Ready to recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing team

• 3–7 years of sales, business, or leadership experience required
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Must pass a criminal and financial background check
• Must hold a P&C or Life & Health license (or ability to obtain prior to start); second license required within 45 days — licensing assistance provided
