Dollar General | Flexible Scheduling + Insurance & 401(k) Eligibility + PTO + Tuition Assistance | Responsibilities:
Recruit, select and retain qualified employees; ensure store is properly staffed;
Provide training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps for appropriate solutions and/or counseling, up to and including termination;
Open and close the store each day; personally open/close at least two times per week;
Evaluate operating statements to identify business trends and expense control opportunities;
Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure cash handling and security procedures are followed.
