• Conduct weekly coaching-focused 1:1s with all direct reports.
• Facilitate hands‑on Manager Labs to scale resilience and upward communication.
• Track coaching effectiveness and team engagement metrics.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives as a transformation owner.
• Provide strategic insights to leadership during planning and review cycles.
• Build a high‑performance leadership culture through visible reinforcement of expectations.
