Position OverviewThe Partner role at Apriois a leadership position responsible for leading client engagements, expanding market presence,developing and mentoring talent, and contributing to the firm’slong term strategic direction. Partners act as stewards of the Apriobrand, delivering excellence in client service while driving revenue growth, operational effectiveness, andcross firmcollaboration.
ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership & Service Delivery
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, deliveringhighvalue strategic, technical, and operational guidance.
- Provide executive oversight on complex engagements to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging business needs that impact client operations.
- Drive exceptional client experiences aligned with Aprio’sservice standards.
- Develop and execute growth plans that expand
Aprio’smarket presence in designated practice areas or industry niches. - Build andmaintainstrong referral networks, strategic partnerships, and market relationships.
- Identify new opportunities for service expansion, innovative offerings, andcrossfirmsynergies.
- Represent Apriointernally and externally as a leader committed to firm culture and values.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent within the practice area.
- Lead engagement teams by modeling accountability, collaboration, and advocacy for employee growth.
- Provide performance oversight, career coaching, and succession planning support.
- Foster a diverse, inclusive,hightrustenvironment that enables teams to excel.
- 12+ years of experience and demonstrated track record of leadership within a professional services firm.
- Strong technical expertise in the relevant discipline (Tax).
- Proven success driving revenue growth, client expansion, and practice development.
- Reputation for exceptional client service, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, inspire, and build high performing teams.
- High ethical standards.
- Deep real estate and construction industry experience.
- Experience operating in high growth, multilocation, or national firm environments.
- Prior partner or executive leadership experience.
