We are seeking an accomplished Sr. Director, Product Sales to lead strategic growth for Research and Analytics within the Academic & Government segment. In this high-impact leadership role, you will shape how our product sales strategy comes to life across key markets, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to accelerate revenue growth, strengthen customer engagement, and drive operational excellence. This is an opportunity to influence long-term business direction, build high-performing teams, and play a meaningful role in advancing solutions that support research, innovation, and mission-critical decision-making across academic and government institutions.
AboutYou – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience leading strategic initiatives, operations, or business transformation across multiple functions
- Experience partnering with senior leadership to align departmental goals with broader business strategy
- Demonstrated experience leading teams across one or more functional areas and translating company strategy into actionable objectives
- Experience using performance metrics, operational data, and business insights to identify opportunities and implement solutions
- It would be great if you also have . . . Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within a complex or matrixed organization
- Experience shaping long-term planning, organizational priorities, and operational governance
- Advanced degree or equivalent executive-level business experience
- Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that support company-wide objectives and long-term growth
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align departmental goals with overall business strategy
- Oversee operations across multiple teams, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and accountability in execution
- Influence organizational direction by providing strategic insight, data-driven recommendations, and forward-looking planning
