- 29 ER Beds (plans to expand underway)
- Volume: 50k Year - 130 Day
- Chest Pain Center Accredited
- Hospital is typically full 85-90% capacity
- Overall great metrics in ER
- High performing team
- Great quality outcomes - sepsis
- Director will report to the CNO
- Great patient experience scores - goal is above 30th% avg 55th%
- Employee Engagement - high 83%
- Bachelor's Degree, BSN required
- Master's Degree preferred
- At least 1+ year ER leadership experienced required
- 3+ years ER leadership experience preferred
