- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
- Identify new product opportunities and maintain awareness of market developments.
- Lead product development initiatives, focusing on innovative beverage dispensing technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product design meets usability, durability, and performance standards.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Prioritize product features based on customer feedback and market analysis.
- Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration for product development and successful launches.
- Drive product usability improvements by gathering and analyzing customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
- Manage supply chain and production processes to meet cost and quality targets.
- Oversee product testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop competitive pricing strategies balancing cost, value, and profitability.
- Support sales and marketing teams with product training and go-to-market strategies.
- Build strong relationships with customers and distributors to deliver customized solutions.
- Promote sustainability initiatives by integrating eco-friendly technologies and materials.
- Drive product revenue and profitability.
- Support market share growth.
- Improve product quality and reliability.
- Drive innovation and successful new product introductions.
- Ensure overall health and performance of assigned product line(s).
- Achieve project milestones and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Product Management Certification (preferred).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
- 3–5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Proven experience managing full product life cycles from concept to launch and obsolescence.
- Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and driving go-to-market strategies.
- Experience with strategic planning and managing a category P&L.
- Commercial Food service and Beverage Dispenser industry experience preferred.
- Combination of lab and professional office environment.
- Exposure to manufacturing site conditions, including moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, chemicals, vibration, and moderate noise levels.
- Regular use of standard office equipment.
