Apply today .POSITION SUMMARY The Vice President Workforce Development provides strategic and operational leadership for Goodwill's Workforce Development portfolio under the direction of the Chief Workforce Development Officer. The role oversees a diverse range of employment, education, and training programs designed to help individuals overcome barriers and advance toward economic mobility.

The Vice President leads a continuum of services that includes outreach and recruitment, assessment, career exploration and planning, foundational education, occupational training, case management and supportive services, employer engagement, job placement, retention, and career advancement.

The Vice President is accountable for program strategy and innovation, operational quality, performance and outcomes, data and evaluation, financial management, grant and contract compliance, and strategic partnerships that strengthen education, employment, and economic mobility outcomes for individuals facing significant barriers to employment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Uphold and model Goodwill's mission, core values, and servant leadership philosophy.

Partner with the Chief Workforce Development Officer to set Goodwill's mission and community impact priorities, develop associated annual and multi year plans, resource requirements, and measure outcomes.
